Account Manager
Description We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Davie, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, leading strategic communication plans, and managing a team of Communication Account Managers. You will also be overseeing the execution of communication campaigns and collaborating with key stakeholders within the organization. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing strategic communication guidance and support. • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, working with the business development team to create effective strategies. • Lead the development of comprehensive communication strategies that incorporate market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends. • Provide strategic direction to your team, ensuring communication plans align with client objectives and organizational goals. • Manage a team of Communication Account Managers, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. • Oversee the execution of complex, integrated communication campaigns across various channels. • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend strategies for enhancing campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, providing strategic communication insights. • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization. • Conduct in-depth analysis of communication initiatives and client outcomes, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management role. • Proficiency in using 3M, accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required. • Experience with CRM and About Time software is essential. • Must have a solid understanding of accounting functions, billing functions, and budget processes. • Knowledge of campaign planning and client communications is essential. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred. • Must demonstrate high levels of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of job performance. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively. • Must have a customer-focused attitude with a high level of dedication and commitment.
