Job Description:

Indorama Ventures – Indovinya is currently looking for an Account Manager.  In this role you will be a participating team member responsible for the account management and growth of the segment.  Geographically, this role will cover primarily the US Midwest & adjacent areas, in several markets. You will be involved in the development & growth of critical market segments with strategic partners, management all day-to-day account responsibilities (pipeline of opportunities, call reports, account plans, etc) for assigned customers.  This role reports to the Commercial Manager. 

What will be expected from you?

Understand organizational priorities, develop and implement the Account plans aligned with the segment's strategic plan, ensuring adequate communication and awareness in the company. Develop network between the main contacts of the channel partner, managing relationships in commercial, marketing and R&D areas.Ensure the results of accounts are maximized and be responsible for the results of the business.Work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a regional and global setting.Participate in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company. Participates in and completes company required training programs.

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.1-3 years’ experience in chemical distribution account management.Willing to travel 25-50%.The ability to sell in a wide variety of markets, and have the ability to build relationships .High level of organization, to balance multiple activities (customer visits, reporting, training, and forecasting).Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
