We are searching for an ambitious individual to attend local networking events, charity events and dinners with our customers/future customers! This position will require someone to network with local business owners, building owners and property managers regarding the maintenance program(s) of their Building Roof systems. Day in the Life:- Help grow and build our Roofing Service business- Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients- Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders- Attend association, industry, and networking events- Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client- Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels Technical Skills and Responsibilities:- Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner- Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner - Ability to conduct presentations virtually - Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives What we are Seeking:- Roofing knowledge is preferred - Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business - Clear understanding of contract documents   $75,000 - $85,000 a year#LI-LC1
