About the Role The Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as to strengthen existing client relationships. The purpose of this role is also to provide technical broking and support liaising with clients, underwriters and external partners. Some of your responsibilities will include: Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders Preparing proposals for new business opportunities Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations Skills and experience that will lead to success: You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry A few key skills we look for: Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
