At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do: + Support Sales Manager in development & management of total sales within the local territory + Manage existing and new customers within the territory + Represent Cytiva and act as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territory for specific Genomic Medicine segment. + Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account. + Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations. + Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities. Develop and maintain understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and knowledge of competitive products and services. + Accountable for overall account success, and growth, leveraging Cytiva customer account team. + Accountable to drive overall design-in account strategies, aligned with Sales Specialists on technical Design in projects. Who you are: + Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field. + Have 2-3 years of commercial experience in the Biotechnology industry. + Familiar with QlikSense or Salesforce + Proficient in sales techniques including cross-selling, upselling, value positions, solution selling, and funnel management. + Act as a pivot for all Cytiva business units. + Experienced in territory sales planning. + Skilled in using DBS growth tools.
