Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Account Manager to join our team and focus on the growth of one of our most important clients—one of the largest global investment management organizations in the U.S. This is a key client relationship that demands a strategic, data-driven approach. As an Account Manager in this "Farmer" role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and ensuring our client is maximizing the value they receive from our products and services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in asset management or wealth management, along with a strong analytical mindset to track, measure, and optimize account performance.

Lead Generation: 

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels. 

Develop and execute strategies to qualify and nurture leads. 

Proposal Creation (including RFP, RFI): 

Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs. 

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are comprehensive and competitive. 

Market Research: 

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. 

Analyze market data to inform business development strategies. 

Conversion: 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. 

Guide leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals. 

Operations: 

Create opportunities on SFDC and manage the stages and troubleshoot any issues on the platform 

Get SOWs reviewed linked to the corresponding Opportunities by coordinating with the Finance and Legal reviewers 

Manage the pipeline forecast on SFDC and manage the forecast for weekly review calls 

Commercial Management: Conduct monthly/periodic activities related to revenue forecast, revenue recognition, etc. 

Manage internal/external audits and coordinate with relevant teams to successfully complete them; Share the audit findings and share the results with relevant teams for corrective action 

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years hands on experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management within AI/Data Analytics services industry 

Strong expertise in Asset and Wealth management domain. Should have experience in managing Accounts in similar space.

Strong analytical/ logical thinking skills and clarity of thought 

Clear & articulate communication with senior executives 

Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action 

Exhibit a commitment to be a team player with a flexible “can do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills; be a Self-Starter; Very proactive; Takes accountability and ownership 

Possess cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities 

Cross-learn and collaborate to demo solutions to other clients.

Should be open to travel for client meetings.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120,000 - $175,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
