What You'll Do:We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager on our Retail Media Account Strategy team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of both advertising technology and the retail landscape. It is the responsibility of the Account Strategy team to ensure that we develop a strong partnership with our brand customers to help guide them on their retailer strategy.
Retail Media is as much about selling a strategy as it is about software. You will be strategizing with clients and respective retailers about the most profitable strategy in eCommerce, giving them new ideas and getting them excited about Retail Media.
What will you be doing?
Assist in managing, growing, and executing strategy for an existing book of business.Maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients while understanding their KPIs and goals to ensure client retention and satisfaction.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that all facets of the program are running smoothly.Use business and analytical skills to grow and retain revenue with existing partners.Track ad campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizationsIncrease adoption and penetration of new products.Assist in story-telling Business Reviews backed by data to drive results for clients
Who You Are:2-3 years of digital media and eCommerce experience (with display experience preferred)Experience with utilizing Excel to showcase data to clientsPassionate about technology and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the ecommerce industryStrong written and verbal communications skillsFlexibility to think on your feet and experience developing creative customer solutionsSelf-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitaskProven track record in client managementAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environmentA team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeedStrong interpersonal skills for building relationships and being a trusted advisorWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$69,000 - $87,000
