Account Manager


Duties and responsibilities:

1. Customer relationship management:
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and increasing loyalty to the company's services.
• Providing consulting services. and support for customers and solving their problems and challenges.
2. Business development:
• Identifying new opportunities for growth and development of accounts and increasing sales of services.
• Strategic planning for improvement Customer productivity and offers Commercial.
3. Communication and internal coordination:
• Coordinating with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, support, etc.) to provide the best services to customers and meet their needs.
• Transferring customer feedback. to the relevant units to improve the quality of services.
4. Formulation and implementation of strategy:
• Design and implementation of account strategies with the aim of achieving long-term sales and development goals.
• Follow-up of financial performance and analysis and analyzing customer data to determine improvement strategies Sales.
5. Reporting and documentation:
• Preparing periodical reports regarding the performance of accounts and sending them to senior managers.
• Providing analytical reports and strategic suggestions to improve and increase the efficiency of customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively and strong interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of services and Customer needs.

• Experience in managing customers and increasing their loyalty level.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Education and experience:

• At least a bachelor's degree in related fields (management, marketing, sales, etc.).
• Relevant work experience in the field of account management and communication with customers.
