Pertemps Crawley are working with a reputable parts provider based in Horsham who are looking for a personable Account Manager to join their team. Initially full-time office based with the option of hybrid working after probation.

The Role:Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure maximum spend and best serviceProcessing orders, amending contracts, and updating customer detailsCarrying out market research and identify new business opportunities through analysis of competitor dataSuggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
The Person:Previous experience in a similar customer service / account management roleGood customer awarenessFirst class communication skills (written and verbal)Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail when working with & analysing data
The Package:Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & 4.15pm Friday finish£25,000 - £28,000 DOE22 days holiday + BH, contributory pension, monthly incentive schemes, free parking & great public transport links
