The Account Manager is an integral part of our Ad Sales team and is a key point of contact for our clients and agency partners. Our Account Managers deliver market leading service and results for our advertising partners, across our suite of Paramount products, which includes 10 Play, Paramount+, and off network partnerships across Twitter, YouTube etc!
Will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients and agencies, working closely with the Account Director and the wider sales team. The key responsibilities involves achieving revenue targets for assigned media agencies, as well as running and delivering excellent service to Paramount clients and agency partners.
The Account Manager is the day-to-day contact with media buyers and planners, will be seen as the trusted advisor, providing clients with strategic advice and data-driven insights to drive revenue!
What will you be doing?
Accountable for strategically driving revenue and growth across the allocated agency portfolio to deliver revenue targets.
Regularly out in the market presenting to and meeting with clients to drive revenue.
Day to day contact for key agency contacts.
Responding to client advertising briefs, by crafting tailored decks and advertising schedules across our suite of products
Facilitate and support the sale of cross platform sponsorships across general entertainment, sport, and social packages with Effect Commercial team and Group Sales Manager.
Accommodate and prioritise all requests to advertising campaigns across the portfolio of clients.
Liable for contract tracking and delivery of contracted client agreements.
Responsible for accurate forecasting of revenue for portfolio
What are we looking for?
Experience in the media and marketing industry, either at client, publisher, or media agency
Account Management experience
Understanding of the digital and wider media landscape
Communication and relationship management skills
Highly organised with attention to detail and time management skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
The ability to work as a team and autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including experience in pitching to clients
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills
Salesforce, Operative and Google Ad Manager knowledge looked upon favourably (not essential)
