- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Gather information and needs on customer.
- Engage in company activities and events.
- Contact customer to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.
- Coordinate with Presales/Product Specialist to create customized sales plans for key clients.
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients queries
- Suggest company products or services that maximize client satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships, through regular visit and communication.
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
- Promote new products/services to existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities).
- Report on the status of accounts, monthly KPI's and sales forecast
- Report on CRM system.
