Description of duties:

Executing client affairs, including request analysis and project definition
Executing costing, project follow-up and correspondence
Working with project control software
Participating in various meetings with the client and Establishing effective communication with customers and increasing satisfaction
Following up on customer matters and completing them
Relevant follow-ups from the central bank and related teams in the company and external organizations
Skills:
< br>Persuasion, negotiation and appropriate expression techniques
Ability to convey information
Good and interactive public relations
General familiarity with Office and MSP software
Sufficient command of English language
Familiarity with concepts and banking projects
Graduates from first-class universities are preferred
