Key Responsibilities:
Capable of setting up renewal strategies and deliver high retention ratio for the portfolio and meet company targets. Manage and maximize a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies. Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio. Negotiate the most suitable policy terms for all stakeholders while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction. Coordinate closely with different internal functions (i.e.: Claims, Policy Administration and Credit Risk). Maintain satisfactory relationship with all business partners and intermediaries Conduct and execute ad hoc customer centricity projects.
