Account Manager
Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate processing of loan and salary deduction transactions. Provide guidance and support to clients on financial products and services offered by the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Facilitate onboarding of new employer partners. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback. Prepare and send regular statements of accounts to clients. Follow up with clients to ensure receipt and understanding of statements of accounts. Issue acknowledgements of receipts for payments received from clients. Maintain accurate records of statements of accounts and acknowledgements of receipts.
