About the role

 

As an Account Manager, you will develop an expertise in the products and services being promoted to market and optimise sales to our Commercial customers, ensuring they receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions to suit their business needs.

 

This role will work across our Metro Perth Region and require travel to various Bunnings locations and commercial customer sites.

 

What's involved:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales, maximise profit and product mixBuild strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new businessDevelop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activitiesDevelop, implement and manage a budget that is aligned to company expectationsWork collaboratively with our other members of the Bunnings network to ensure our Commercial customers are provided with the very best Price, Range and ServiceDemonstrate a personal commitment to safety

Who we’re looking for

 

You will bring demonstrated experience in a B2B sales role, where you have been responsible for the account management of a diverse range of customers. Experience across the building or construction industry would be beneficial however not essential.

 

You’ll need:

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with new customersProven success in a sales roleStrong commercial acumenStrong customer focus and ability to build rapportA positive attitude and be results drivenTo demonstrate integrity, respect and teamwork in everything you doPrevious experience utilising a CRM (ideally Salesforce) would be highly regarded
