NOW HIRING AN ACCOUNT MANAGER IN MOORESTOWN, NJ! **THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE** The Account Management position is responsible for the successful implementation of all business to be administered by the company. This position works closely with the sales team and producers of the business, as well as with the policyholder client, to facilitate smooth and effective introduction, enrollment, and fulfillment of both new and renewal business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Review request for group insurance to identify any area of need and/or concern; - Raise to underwriter/management any issues compromising the ultimate outcome of the case’s implementation; - Create implementation timeline and/or payroll schedule to review and discuss with all parties; - Prepare enrollment material, review for accuracy and send to compliance for sign-off; - Coordinate printing of enrollment material and manage subsequent material dissemination to guarantee customer satisfaction; - Build group and contracts in the accounting and claims systems. - Inform IT Department of client’s particular data needs, limitations, and possible challenges. Establish communication between the client and IT to ensure secure data file transfers; - Provide ongoing support to all parties to address and resolve all client related issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Above Average Customer Service experience - management preferred, but not required + Excel Data Entry experience + High School Diploma or GED required + Ability to maintain relationships with clients via phone and email communication Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $31.25/hr.
