We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Boart Longyear team in Canada (Location Flexible). **Responsibilities** + Manage, develop, maintain, and grow key (prioritized) accounts + Prospect for new business in new and existing accounts, taking in current and new products in their respective market segments + Educate clients on Boart Longyear products, services, and ROI + Manage territory planning, reporting, and pipeline management + Drive sales growth and achieve sales revenue and profit targets in given market segments in given regions/territories + Identify customer needs and provide an appropriate solution that best meets that need, whilst also being profitable for Boart Longyear + Develop solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders based on trust and mutual respect + Deliver exceptional customer service and/or deliver on promises to customers and other stakeholders + Leverage networks and customers for referrals + Help identify and address customer issues by connecting them with the right internal resources **Minimum Qualifications** + Must be authorized to work in Canada + Must have a valid Canada Driver’s License + Post-secondary education college/university in a mining-related field + 4+ years of sales experience in the mining, quarrying, or drill & blast industry + Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong rapport within the Boart Longyear organization as well as with the customer base. + Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Excel.
