Job Opportunity: Partner Sales (Indirect Sales)

Location: Shinagawa
Work Style: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Indirect Sales Strategy Development

Manage, evaluate, and support six key partners (distributors and rental companies). Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for partners.

Operational Management for Sales Growth

Set and manage sales targets. Optimize and streamline sales processes and inventory operations.

Partner Relationship Building

Analyze partner needs and foster strong relationships. Facilitate strategic activities connecting key clients and partners.

Market and Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends and competitors. Propose new sales strategies based on analysis.

Training and Support

Conduct training programs for sales partners. Provide tools to ensure effective product and solution proposals.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams. Plan and execute efficient promotional activities. Qualifications:

Experience & Knowledge:

5+ years in channel sales. B2B sales experience, preferably in high-tech products (experience in measuring/analytical instruments is a plus).

Skills:

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Logical thinking and project management experience. Leadership and management abilities. Proficiency in English communication

Mindset:

Positive, adaptable, and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Ambition to step into a managerial role within a few years.
