Account Manager
At ZF Wind Power, we are a global leader in technology-driven manufacturing of on- and offshore wind turbine gearboxes and powertrains and a global service partner. We lead the high-performance onshore market segments with our SHIFT compact modular platform designs. We delivered the world’s first offshore 9.5 MW wind turbine gearbox and, in close cooperation with our partner, delivered the first next generation 15 MW offshore powertrain.
We have the world’s largest installed capacity of +8 MW offshore wind turbine gearboxes. Since entering the wind industry in 1979, we have delivered more than 85,000 gearboxes, powering over 200 GW wind turbines, covering more than 25% of the total installed capacity of geared-driven wind turbines worldwide. Together with our partners, we continuously invest in the wind market to empower a sustainable future together.

What you can look forward to as Account Manager:
Act as the relationship manager for one of our biggest customers, together with the Global Key Account Manager who you will report to Oversee the mutual execution of contracts and collaborate daily with various internal and external departments in Europa, Asia and US Represent the customer within the organization as the “voice-of-the-customer” Work closely with Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Life Cycle Management and Business Development Evaluate and follow up on forecasts, orders, deliveries, payments, new development and strategic projects Support negotiations for new contracts and contract amendments Prepare detailed quotations and develop reports for the Leadership Team Seek out “best practices” and process improvements within the sales department Contribute to the growth and innovation in the wind industry by supporting sustainable energy solutions
