About the Role
 

As a Field Account Manager, you will grow revenue from existing firms within the public sector portfolio. You will deliver or exceed financial targets through high-quality account management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of around 70 clients with a value of approximately £2.1m.Drive new business, upsell, and year-on-year growth.Manage renewals to minimize attrition.Create and implement effective account/territory plans.Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy.Educate customers with thought leadership and market knowledge.Meet with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.Build contacts across multiple departments.Work towards challenging Key Performance Objectives (KPOs).

Requirements

At least two years of experience in a B2B Account Management role.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Solid understanding of sales methodology.Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills.Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.Results-driven with a self-motivated attitude.Ability to identify commercial opportunities.
