Your tasks:
Support for the project acquisition process and to achieve the sales and profit targets Support business strategy development and internal reporting Responsible for customer related daily business (Account Receivable, Price negotiation, Logistic and Quality issues. etc) Responsible for customer management, customer relationship and customer satisfaction Collect customer intelligence and maintain customer bookYour profile:
Experience of Automotive Electronics will be preferred. Especially Passive safety electronics. Bachelor’s degree of above. At least 5 years’ experience in Sales & Business Development in Automotive sector. Familiar with both Internal and C-OEMs such as VW, Honda, BYD, Changan, GAC etc. Especially their commercial process and internal organization. Extensive experience and ability in handling price negotiations and business development. Be familiar with the normal working methods and approval process of Tier1 suppliers. Able to handle multiple tasks such as market situation analysis, sales strategy formulation, price approval, annual sales plan making, AR tracking etc. Extensive experience of working with multi-function team, operation, engineering, sales, quality, commercial, finance etc. Proficiency on both oral and written English, barrier-free business communication. Self-driven work style with continuous learning ability. Able to adapt to pressure. Travel flexibility.
