Temp-to-Hire position$21.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Account Manager Responsibilities Provide and maintain a high level of customer service Interact with customer in-person and via phone Follow-up on leads and educate customers on apparel offerings Consult and suggest comparable products at multiple price points Build and maintain client relationships Resolve customer problems in a timely and effective manner Assist with inventory tracking (Purchase order receivables)Accurate data entry
Account Manager Qualifications:
Experience: Prior work experience, especially in customer service, account management, or sales.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively present products and address customer needs.Detail-Oriented: Organized and capable of maintaining accurate records.Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport and deliver solutions with a positive attitude.Team Player: Works collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining professionalism.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
