Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a business related field.
+ 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
+ 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
+ Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data-driven POVs and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
+ Partner with fellow account team members and a diverse set of cross functional partners (e.g., gTech, IGT, Product Specialists) to drive business opportunities that build long term growth.
+ Work towards goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to Google's customers.
+ Collaborate and consult with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer and optimizing their advertising.
+ Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop solid strategic plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth.
