Requirements Education and Experience: + Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field. + 2–5+ years of work experience as an account manager in an advertising agency, creative agency, or similar role. + Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering results on time and within budget. Technical Skills: + Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com). + Working knowledge of marketing strategies, media planning, and creative deliverables. + Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and analytics platforms. Soft Skills: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and presenting strategies or reports. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance and deliver actionable insights. + Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to navigate challenges and maintain client satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience managing accounts for high-profile clients or in industries such as healthcare, technology, or professional services. + Certification in areas such as project management (e.g., PMP), digital marketing, or account management (optional but a plus). + Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in advertising and marketing.
