**Position:** Account Manager **Job Description:** As **Arrow Global Components** (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side. **Account Manager Role** The **Account Manager** plays a crucial role in developing and managing customer relationships while driving business growth. This role requires strong ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring strategic engagement and maximizing opportunities. By integrating strong relationship management, strategic business growth, and customer-centric solutions, the Account Manager ensures long-term success for both Arrow Global Components and its clients. **Core Responsibilities** + **Account Ownership & Relationship Management** + Take full ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring continuous engagement and development. + Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the customer organization, including key decision-makers. + Negotiate effectively to drive business success and long-term partnerships. + Conduct frequent on-site visits to ensure a strong presence and customer connection. + **Business Development & Growth** + Expand Arrow's market share and maximize overall profitability within assigned accounts. + Develop and execute innovative strategies to strengthen customer relationships and drive solution-based selling. + Work closely with internal teams, including Field Application Engineers, Field Marketing teams, to optimize business opportunities. + Identify and leverage new sales opportunities through regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with major customers. + **Customer Satisfaction & Value-Added Services** + Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, particularly in supply chain management and value-added services. + Address and resolve existing business challenges while identifying new design opportunities. + Promote Arrow's full range of value-added services, including supply chain solutions and lifecycle programs, to enhance customer success. + **Industry Expertise & Strategic Execution** + Possess a deep understanding of pricing models and programs within the electronics industry. + Interact effectively with both vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments. + Prepare and present comprehensive Internal Quarterly Business Reviews (iQBRs), outlining strategic plans, sales growth initiatives, and customer service improvements. **What we are looking for:** + Electronics industry knowledge and experience + Experience in similar roles, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships + Availability for frequent business travel within the designated area **What do we offer:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
