+ Sales Strategy and Market Development:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate new markets that align with Huck Products' capabilities and growth objectives.
+ Identify and evaluate opportunities in emerging sectors, diversifying the company's customer base and revenue streams.
+ Collaborate with the sales representatives to expand and strengthen the existing customer base in the wind, solar, truck trailer, and rail markets.
+ Team Leadership and Performance Management:
+ Lead, mentor, and guide the sales representatives and customer service team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
+ Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to enhance the team's effectiveness and professional growth.
+ Client Relationship Management:
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the wind, solar, truck trailer, and rail industries, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Work closely with the sales representatives to identify and approach potential new clients, building partnerships and driving business growth.
+ Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
+ Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
+ Prepare detailed sales performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
+ New Market Expansion:
+ Conduct market research to identify new sectors and industries with potential for Huck Products' offerings.
+ Develop market entry strategies, including competitive analysis, pricing, and positioning.
+ Collaboration and Communication:
+ Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer service.
+ Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and align strategies.
+ Budget Management:
+ Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and manage sales and customer service budgets effectively.
+ Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
+ Preferred Qualifications:
+ Relevant educational background or certifications in Wind, Solar, Transport
+ Practical sales experience in Fasteners, Wind, Solar, Transport
