Analyse and interpret performance data to deliver actionable insights, optimisation recommendations, and revenue-driving strategies to publisher clients
Collaborate with internal teams (Account Directors, Revenue Solutions, Platform Solutions, and Product Management) to resolve technical issues, define solutions, and drive platform enhancements that improve publisher outcomes.
Have oversight of delivery, measurement, reporting, and integration processes; contribute to strategy through weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client reports
Maintain and expand an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and emerging ad tech developments (e.g., GDPR compliance, header bidding, ad exchanges) to identify client opportunities and challenges
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution
Actively contribute to team-wide growth initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing
Participate in client meetings, including product overview sessions, QBRs, and lead weekly/monthly calls
Manage a portfolio of Tier 2 accounts with a focus on technical optimisation and revenue generation.
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience managing online advertising accounts with a strong technical focus (ideally working for an SSP, Ad Server, DSP, or large web publisher)
A solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including GDPR, ad serving, ad exchanges, header bidding, and online ad technologies designed to drive publisher value
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience diagnosing and resolving ad delivery, integration, or platform-related issues.
A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), presentation tools (PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and identifying opportunities for optimisation
An ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Confidence in presenting technical and business concepts in written and verbal formats
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge across teams
