**Account Manager – Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions**
**Location: Greater Hamburg, Germany**

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany.
**What You Can Expect:**
+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
+ Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
+ Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory issues in the breast and skeletal health market.
+ Provide regular feedback to the management team on market intelligence and customer insights.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
+ Participate in regional and national trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Hologic’s products and brand awareness.
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
**What We Expect:**
+ Previous sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
+ Strong understanding of the medical devices market and the German healthcare system.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
+ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
+ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
