Account Manager - Commercial Roofing

We are seeking a highly motivated professional Local Account Managers to develop business with new clients in the Kansas City market and surrounding territories. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate strategically delivered client-focused commercial roofing solutions based on customer needs.

Remote position that must have a current residency and established in the greater Kansas City, MO area to service designated territory and clients.

Functions: Responsible for the management of sales and developing customer share relationships with new and existing national customers.

 

Develop and secure new client relationships within the assigned territory Craft and present customized sales proposals and presentations Drive new business by managing the entire sales process, from requirements gathering to contract negotiation and integration with operations. Collaborate closely with Management and Sales across multiple locations Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless execution of solutions based on client expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for your clients. Contribute to team success by working cohesively with fellow team members. Ensure our roofing solutions are delivered on time and meet the clients specific needs and goals. Partner with internal teams to identify new opportunities and drive growth Stay up to date with the industry trends, products, services, and policies, while assessing competitive landscapes and performance outcomes.
