Join us now and be part of our incredible journey. The role Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly basis in a highly driven marketplace. Achieve sales strategies and targets by identifying key clients in the Large Enterprise commercial sector, pinpointing key decision-makers, and bringing to bear opportunities to promote Drive revenue generation and deliver significant value to clients by finding opportunities within their organizations and gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs. Lead negotiations, coordinate sophisticated decision-making processes, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities. Build and optimize long-term, balanced, and profitable relationships with clients. Find opportunities, present, and sell products and services that are essential for clients' success. Stay informed about competition, competitive issues, and industry products. Conduct training sessions for customers and partners on software publisher contracts and efficient application of agreements, ensuring flawless communication, order processing, and reporting of transactions within the territory. Develop a strong knowledge of leading industry trends, spend management, and technology initiatives by encouraging proactive professional relationships with software publisher representatives in the assigned territory. Act as the field resource for customers and partners regarding leading industry volume license offerings from top publishers. Submit accurate and timely forecasts aligned with assigned sales quotas, forecasting sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide leadership and licensing knowledge to customers, maintaining an appropriate presence in the software industry community. Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision-makers to drive the sales process. What we need to see from you Full-time work rights in Korea as well as the relevant work experience in Korea Full professional working proficiency in Korean and basic-to-intermediate command of English. Minimum 2~3 years of relevant enterprise sales experience in Microsoft or other Tier 1 software volume licensing, and/or cloud solutions. Equivalent experience or a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is helpful. Experience in Solution Selling with a strong emphasis on account/territory management. Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. Ability to establish relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives. Committed and driven demeanor towards achieving goals. Strong presentation, communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Proven problem-solving and consultative skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
