Account Manager for Creatives

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team, specializing in managing creative projects across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering innovative campaigns. As an Account Manager for Creatives, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects, fostering strong client relationships, and driving strategic communications recommendations to achieve client objectives.

What are your responsibilities?

Project Management and Implementation:

Manage and implement creative projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with client/stakeholder expectations. Coordinate day-to-day client correspondence, reporting, and project execution to maintain smooth project flow. Manage all aspects of video production, including scriptwriting, casting, location scouting, and post-production. Direct and coordinate the work of videographers, editors, designers, and other creative team members. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the final deliverables are achieved.

Client Relationship Management:

Nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders and media representatives, fostering trust and collaboration. Provide strategic communications recommendations, including editorial direction, PR planning, and business proposals presentations.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to each project's objectives and target audience, aligning with the Director's creative vision. Lead the development of high-quality campaigns, story angles, media lists, and campaign calendars to maximize impact and engagement.

Resource Management and Coordination:

Engage and supervise department heads and relevant internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client projects. Coordinate project timing and budgets with servicing teams, providing timely updates to clients on timelines and budgets.

Financial Management and Business Development:

Plan and manage production flow, logistics, manpower requirements, and budgets for production, optimizing resource allocation. Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the New Business team to drive growth.

Client Servicing and Reporting:

Provide strategic PR counsel to clients, leading and participating in client meetings to address key issues and challenges. Keep abreast of clients' brands, products, services, and market developments to provide insightful analysis and recommendations. Deliver comprehensive client reporting and results analysis, ensuring transparency and accountability in project outcomes.
