GrabAds allows advertisers, agencies, and merchants to engage the Grab audience through online and offline advertising experiences. Through our unique ecosystem and transacting user base, our clients can reach their desired audiences at scale, while driving measurable outcomes.

Get to Know the Role 

As part of the GrabAds Thailand team, you will manage a portfolio of GrabAds campaigns, working with leading advertisers directly and through their media agencies. You will collaborate with your team and aim to meet quarterly performance targets.

You will work with the Ad Ops team to achieve campaign KPIs, recommend optimized campaign flows, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GrabAds solutions. Your goal is to grow your portfolio by building long-term client relationships and providing a positive customer experience. You will report to Manager, Account Management (GrabAds), on site working base in Bangkok office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Manage a portfolio and revenue of accounts to hit the team sales target.Be the main contact for clients to provide professional consultation and to coordinate on day-today basis for campaign implementationSubmit campaign bookings to the Ad Ops team to launch campaigns within the timeline.Track main campaign metrics and ensure campaign goals are metCollaborate with Ad Ops team to analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations to clients and secure campaigns renewalPrepare Monthly / Quarterly Business Review report for main accountsWork with the finance team to ensure we get all documents from clients for the billing process

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

2-3 years of account management experience in the digital advertising industry or key account management in e-commerce or delivery platforms for well-known advertisersProven track record in client relationship management and new business development.Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with ability to transmit across different level team membersDeep-understanding about the digital media and know the latest digital advertising trends.Understanding of the ecosystem of programmatic advertising / Biddable and Search.Analytical for data-based decisions.Consultation to clients for the next moveProficiency in Google Workspace such as Google Sheet (THE MUST), Google Word and Google SlideFluent in Thai and English skills
