The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers or partners with the objective of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales goal.

What you will be doing Develop a sales plan to meet or exceed quota for assigned low risk, low impact existing or potential customers or partnersAccurately represent and communicate sales forecasting on a real-time basisInitiate contact with customers on a regular basis to develop and maintain business relationships; leverage marketing campaigns to generate leadsRespond to non-technical customer inquiries, such as module information, pricing, maintenance and billing questionsWork with other team members on accounts; ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned accountsRecord all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, meaningful conversations, or sales callsGrow knowledge and awareness of best practices and market trends; develop understanding of the business and technical needs of customersEngage company specialist and support resources as needed to advance opportunitiesAttend and contribute to customer and industry events as necessaryComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Associate's DegreeExperience in salesMicrosoft Windows and Office proficientProficient in opportunity management and account planning toolsAbility to establish rapport and gain the trust of othersAbility to gain consensus across multiple departments and leadership levelsGood oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactOganized and experienced at successfully multi-taskingSelf-motivated with the ability to manage work to completionCollaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobUp to 5% travel time

 

Based on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements:  base salary range of $75,200-112,800 and eligible for bonus and benefits
