Your Impact
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize Cisco opportunity within the customer environment.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new client acquisition.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct insightful sales presentations, simplifying complex technical information to promote Cisco's innovative solutions.
* Identify market trends and shifts, staying informed of new products and competition to strategically position Cisco's offerings.
* Manage customer relations issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in sales or account management within the technology or telecommunications industry.
* Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and cultivate client relationships.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in strategic account management with a focus on solution selling for business and IT solutions.
· Understanding of the technical aspects of networking, data center, Enterprise software sales & cloud services/solutions.
* Demonstrated success in market expansion and strategic account development.
* Excellent strategic planning skills, self-motivated with a focus on execution.
