Compensation includes a base salary of $71,800.00 - $107,600.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $36,600.00.Job Description

What You’ll Do
It’s on you to establish and maintain business relationships within Las Vegas and across the country to identify renewal and new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include:
Identifying new business opportunities via prospecting, cold calling, networking and social media.Conduct presentations to prospects and industry groupsNegotiating pricing and products with prospective clients.Meeting and exceeding sales goals and overall objectives.Developing sales plans, forecast data and customer database.Collaborating with other team members to determine solutions to best meet customer needs.Identifying key decision makers and conducting effective presentations.Attending job-related trainings and participating in internal meetings.Attend trade shows and travel as neededWho You Are
You know Las Vegas like the back of your hand. You know when to wait for the right cards, which is why you don’t mind a longer sales cycle. You also have the following qualifications:
Minimum:
12 years of experience in a related field, OR a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 8 years of experience in a related field, OR a MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 6 years of experience in a related field, OR a Ph.D. in a related discipline with 3 years of experience in a related field.Preferred:
3 years of successful business-to-business outside sales experience with quotas and cold calling.3 or more years of technology or telecommunications sales experience.Experience in the hospitality industry.Knowledge of local telecom market and local contacts.History of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skillsSkills should include financial acumen, technical certifications in Wi-fi and Video.Experience with field sales, pipeline development, new lead generation and prospectingA valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.With Cox, a bright future is a sure thing.
