In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, focusing on building long-term relationships with businesses in our OfferUp Business Program.

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Businesses in our OfferUp Business Program Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to business needs and objectives Responsible for keeping current businesses satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis Focus on identifying and closing upsell opportunities and retaining existing business Lead, track, and report on all customer activities and results in our CRM (Salesforce.com) Consulting, analyzing data, trends, and reports to consult with clients regarding their performance Outreach of 30-40 client calls per day Achieve upsell goals by educating customers on the value of our Program and Services Coaching clients on how to utilize our products best and train them with new features/productYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:
2-5 years of proven Account Management, Customer Support, Vendor Management, Customer Success, New Business Development, or other relevant experience Track record of exceeding new business or upsell targets for 2-5 years Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Managing a large book of business - 150-250 accounts Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce, Excel, Google Applications, and other reporting tools, including B.I. Tools, Tableau. You have exceptional written and verbal skills and can craft and articulate messages with a clear vision and assess clients' real needs from their preferences You’re organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, create your own deadlines, and use your bias to accomplish them You’re a people person who thrives off making customers happy, and you have 2-5 years of proven Account Management, Customer Support, Vendor Management, Customer Success, New Business Development, or relevant experience Metrics Driven: You’re process and metrics-driven with a track record of exceeding new business and upselling opportunities You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of humor and a can-do attitude that can infectiously and positively add to OfferUp’s cultureCompensation Range: Base salary: $70,000—$85,000 per year ($33.65 - $40.86/hr). This is a non-exempt role with no commission target.
OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.
In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. Non-exempt employees: In regard to vacation time, full-time, non-exempt employees will receive 160 hours of paid vacation per year (pro-rated if they start a date other than January 1). Each year, full-time, non-exempt employees may carry over a balance of 40 hours of vacation time to the following year. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if they start a date other than January 1).
