Account Manager I - Billing Escalations

Attentive associates will conduct proactive reviews of the account analysis billing and pricing set up on the global billing platform TSB (Treasury Services Billing). 

Job Summary

As an Account Manager I for Billing Escalations you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client pricing and billing. You will partner with International Sales, Service, Product, Implementations, Operations, Revenue Management and Controls to improve the client billing experience and ensure compliance with regulations. As a subject matter expert of the billing system you will validate all billing attributes and confirm setup is aligned with instructions. When an issue is identified, you will directly engage front office partners to determine root cause and propose next steps to intercept errors and manage financial and reputational risk exposure. 

The Global Pricing Validation Team is aligned to the Commercial Bank Global Practice Leadership Shared Services pillar.  Global Pricing Validation liaises with internal stakeholders across functions and supports multiple lines of business

Job Responsibilities

Validate and reconcile pricing and billing attributes for new relationships and incremental account adds Proactively reach out to relationship team to address pricing/billing discrepancies Provide on-the-spot training emphasizing best practices and ways to avoid errors going forward Evaluate procedures and job aids used by the team and immediately raise clarifications or outdated content Review partner practices (Sales, Implementations), share feedback to identify trends and propose improvements through procedural changes, training, automation, enhancements, etc.

Detail-obsessed with innovative mindset and excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues Proven effective communicator with experience in resolving conflict and facilitating decision-making Intermediate skills in MS Excel  Team player with demonstrated ability to work in and support a cohesive, collaborative & inclusive work environment

 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Pricing and billing experience Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years relevant experience Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
