Job Summary:
As a Division Leader within our Operations team, you will provide overall supervision and leadership to staff during your shift. You will support recruiting and hiring needs while managing performance metrics that drive team and site success. Your role involves developing an environment focused on productivity and quality. You will identify business knowledge gaps and ensure ownership of deliverables. Your leadership will be key in fostering a high-performance culture and leading process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing people.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.Possess a controls mindset and understand banking regulations.Experience in planning and managing events or projects.Superior multitasking and project management skills.Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.Ability to tell a story with data and metrics.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Knowledge of Operations Management.Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
