A day in the Life:Manage and grow client accounts within the biotech sector.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless customer experiences.Keys to Success:Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to determine customer needs and provide solutions.Ambitious drive to compete and excel in a fast-paced environment.EducationA Biotechnology Master's degree or equivalent experience is required.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of selling experience in the biotech industry or research area.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Experience managing client accounts and building long-term relationships.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong understanding of the bioscience and biotech market.Ability to strictly adhere to sales processes and protocols.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role requires the ability to travel within the region. Office-based work with occasional client site visits.
