**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** Responsibilities Grows overall revenue from MidPlex Portfolio and kits Understand the major drivers and limitations of the market in the relevant territory Continuously drive territory visibility (contact and projects) and win rate. Drives the externalization strategy of Olink partnering with Core Labs and CRO’s, and other potential strategies defined. Maps key accounts Owns Service Providers growth . Develops existing and new biomarker discovery projects within these accounts Provides technical presentations to potential clients Provides study design guidance in collaboration with FAS team to ensure client satisfaction Brings creative solutions to clients and be able to understand the value drivers within their organizations Maintains updated customer and opportunity information in Salesforce Learn and systematically apply the Olink Sales Process Maintains knowledge of competitor`s products and technologies Drive sales with existing Explore customers by partnering with Business Development Managers Works closely with Inside sales, Project Coordinators, FAS, Data Scientists, Scientific Affairs and the wider organisation to support commercial success QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES BSc, MS or PhD in Biology or related scientific field 5-10 years relevant sales experience preferred. Proven track record of performance in a customer facing role A relevant network of contacts within territory Strong deal sheet with demonstrated ability to “close” business. Technical experience within the immunoassays or biomarker field is a plus Market Knowledge Knows the midplex market outside of the Olink definition. Be transactional when required but strategic to move the market up-market and down the clinic Focused on existing markets & transactional driven Sales Strategy Development / Sales Process Management Demonstrates the ability to operate independently and strategically to achieve individual and company goals Drive high numbers of opportunistic engagements Interested in Technology Using data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for sales strategies Experienced with sales tools and CRM systems to manage processes and track performance.
