Account Manager II - Cebu

Join our team and take on a pivotal role in providing coaching and development plans for Team Leaders, ensuring they meet work objectives efficiently and productively. You'll oversee employee compensation to reflect performance, experience, and contribution, while creating and implementing strategies to achieve our business objectives. In this role, you'll build relationships with key Chase partners, regularly review results to identify improvements, maintain open communication for career development, and ensure consistency in our operational systems and procedures.

As an Account Manager II (Customer Service) - Cebu within our Consumer & Community Banking team, you will play a key role in our Customer Service Cebu Leadership Team, overseeing our Retail Operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to our team's success and further develop your leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities: 

Provides coaching and development plan for direct reports (Team Leaders) Ensures Team Leaders are meeting work objectives in an efficient, thorough and productive manner. Ensures employee compensation is reflective of performance, experience and contribution. Creates, implements and validating strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with key Chase partners. Reviews results regularly and identifies procedural and operational changes to improve performance. Maintains open and honest communication with employees to facilitate career development and seek feedback. Identifies consistently and implements strategies for ongoing improvement. Ensures consistency and alignment on the operational system/ procedures established by the business.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

Three or more years direct team lead or supervisor experience in a robust operations environment Strong analytical skills, ability to set and achieve challenging goals Excellent interpersonal skills with proven record of good management, personnel development and participation in team-oriented projects Superior verbal and written communication skills Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management and customers Ability to meet deliverables and function calmly in situations of high stress and tight timetables. Ability to think independently, assess risk and controls, and make calculated risk based decisions in a timely manner

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

Bachelor's Degree, MA degree or units would be an advantage
