Account Manager III - Sales Role

Key Responsibilities

Own all Semiconductor account sales responsibilities for specified MSD EM products related to the Semiconductor Markets, including resolving any issues.Define, align, and implement Account Strategy.Develop and complete a Semiconductor account growth strategy to align with division goals.Ensure booking numbers and revenue recognition are in line with targets.Ensure tool acceptance and Account Receivable Collection meet targets.Manage ‘roadmap to PO’ using structured selling approaches such as Miller-Heiman, ensuring strict compliance with regulations.Collaborate closely with Business Unit owners, Application team, and Service teams to manage strategy and tactics for defined products.Confirm all system configurations, specifications, and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders.Apply PPI to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.Ensure and follow up on CAS.Harness capabilities within the Semiconductor Market to develop alliance projects.Foster a culture that embodies the company's 4i values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or account management within the Semiconductor industry.Strong ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in effectively managing a variety of priorities and projects.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with structured selling approaches, such as Miller-Heiman.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to determine and achieve objectives.
