About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations. You'll develop and implement customer success plans to drive product adoption and retention. By collaborating with our sales and product teams, you'll ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction.

Here's what you'll do:

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and become a trusted advisorDevelop and execute strategic plans to maximize customer successCollaborate across departments to ensure a smooth customer journeyIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client valueProactively address client concerns and maintain high satisfaction levelsGather valuable customer feedback to inform product development

We're looking for someone who:

Has a proven track record in account management (+5yrs)Thrives in building and nurturing client relationshipsPossesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishIs a strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindsetEnjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentIs a results-oriented team player with a passion for client successHas a deep understanding of SaaS or technology productsIs proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
