The Role
We are hiring an EU Account Manager, LearnGxP to drive the growth of Veeva’s accredited GxP eLearning library in the life sciences industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales process, including generating leads, qualifying opportunities, closing deals, and collaborating with account executives to cultivate strong customer relationships.
You will also act as a strategic partner, shaping market messaging, providing thought leadership, and facilitating customer adoption and long-term success. Leveraging your expertise in sales, life sciences, and online learning, you’ll develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and promote rapid growth in digital training.What You'll DoGenerate and qualify leads within a defined industry networkManage the complete sales cycle and build trusted customer relationshipsUnderstand the catalog of GxP courseware and be able to speak about it with authorityIdentify customer needs and recommend Veeva training solutionsDevelop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of eLearning solutions for new and existing customer baseCollaborate with Enterprise and Mid-market Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in CRMCoordinate resources across the customer lifecycle, from sales to deliveryDeliver solution-oriented responses for RFPs, proposals, and presentationsFacilitate workshops, sandbox exercises, and proof-of-concept trialsConfigure and manage customer trial accountsDrive growth in the EU market for Veeva training solutions Align with Veeva's Sales strategy and build relationships with EU Sales leadersRepresent Veeva at industry events, webinars, and publicationsSupport marketing efforts such as creating content, hosting webinars, and attending conferencesRequirementsQualifications3+ years of life sciences experience, with a focus on GxP and learning & development (L&D)Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutionsStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customer stakeholders on GxP eLearning content across multiple functional areasEnergetic self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and initiativeTeam player with accountability and adaptability to take directionBachelor’s degree requiredPreferred SkillsExperience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning solutions, ideally in pre-sales or customer-facing roles within software or training companiesMultilingual capabilities (not critical)Ambitious and driven to succeed in a dynamic environmentAdditional RequirementsWillingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and presentationsNice to HaveKnowledge of eLearning best practices, standards, and current industry trends, with a particular focus on life sciences or GxP applicabilityLearning Management System experienceExperience with CRM systemsPerks & BenefitsAnnual allocations for charitable contributionsFitness reimbursementWork anywhere#RemoteUK
