In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Combine your technical background & business acumen to gain deep understanding of our customer's industry, business objectives, opportunities and challenges, their offering, their product design lifecycles and workflows to create the highest possible value and impact both for your customers, our partners and Emerson. Build sustainable pipeline using insights, prospecting and networking with target persona’s and doing due diligence that have a high impact on our customer's business in view of profitable revenue impact for Emerson Work together with internal and external collaborators to create and carry out your Account plan and initiatives. This will align our customer's business goals with Emerson's products, systems, solutions, services, and roadmap investments. Apply and develop your problem solving and time management skills to drive continuous progress with your account plan, initiatives and opportunities. Constantly expand on the area of influence that Emerson can contribute to by engaging new groups and customer leadership. Representing our customer needs to drive internal business decisions for future investment directions. You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations.
 
  For This Role, You Will Need: University degree in engineering or a related subject 10+ years’ experience in business-to-business high tech sales Experience selling to large accounts in semiconductor Track record of delivering revenue growth year-over-year Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience as an Account Manager in the Test & Measurement industry Experience selling Electronic Test & Measurement products, systems and solutions to the Semiconductor industry Existing relationships at the named accounts Experience leading a cross-functional team (sales, marketing, technical) to engage with Sr. Leadership Experience selling in a long sales cycle with complex custom engineering for both hardware and software solutions. Knowledgeable of test automation hardware and software Experience selling to engineering leadership, including Directors and VPs Hands-on knowledge of Emerson software and hardware products Perceived as a thought leader in industry related subject matter Resides in Germany or France
