This exciting open position is for an Account Manager of MOLYKOTE™ lubricants in the Electronic & Industrial business. The candidate will locate in INDIA.

Reporting to the Sales Leader of MOLYKOTE™ ASEAN/ANZ/INDIA, the candidate is tasked to execute strategic sales plan to accelerate business growths and outperform competitors in his areas of coverage: INDIA Subcontinent.

MOLYKOTE™ specialty lubricants are designed and engineered to solve lubrication-related problems and save energy by reducing friction and wear. We offer a broad portfolio of specialty Thailand, lubricants including greases, anti-seize pastes, multipurpose oils, specialty compounds, dispersions, anti-friction coatings and more, for a wide range of applications in automotive, industrial, appliance and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the focal point of contact for major customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders,Constantly gather voices of market, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plan to win over competition,Commit to deliver financial objectives,Consolidate a strong portfolio of opportunities to fuel continuous sales growths,Effective management of channel network and drive distributor performance,Orchestrate promotional plan such as on-site focus seminars, webinars, and tradeshows, etc.Support regional collaboration for transplant businesses,Track and study competitor activities in the marketplace,Monthly reporting of key performance matrices,Compliance to company core values.

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes

A forward thinking, customer centric, creative mind-set,Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills,Ability to multitask and prioritize,Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,Ability to interact with people/decision makers at all levels of the customers,Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-oriented environment,Keen attention to details and adherence to deadlines,Demonstrated integrity, reliability and maturity,Knowledge of MOLYKOTE™ or lubricant applications will be an added advantage.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience in a Multinational organization,Experience with specialty lubricants, and work in the lubricant industry for 5-10 yearsProven account and channel management,A team worker, and able to work independently with minimum supervision,Flexibility to travel ( 50%),Possess a valid driving licence.
