Pay: $86,000.00/salary

Job Duties:

Manages assigned teams in accordance with established practices and policies; teams may be local, regional, international or otherwise matrixed
Oversee and audit balance sheet reconciliations produced by team or turned over to team for processing
*Oversee processing of payroll information into general ledger required legal entities national and international (including statistical headcount entries)
Oversee the accounting treasury functions for US and International banks
Conducts accurate accounting-close requirements monthly, quarterly and/or in accordance with established timelines; may include journal entry review and analysis to ensure revenue and expenses are accurately recorded
Complete external audit requests
Ensure staff produces accurate financial account and reporting information in a timely manner and in accordance with established practices, methodologies and deadlines
Monitor systems and procedures for compliance with company policy, GAAP principles, IFRS regulations, and state/federal requirements
Guides staff to and/or provides direct resolution for accounting inquiries from internal and external customers
Uses subject knowledge to assist with special projects/initiatives, as needed
Adheres to and recommends best accounting practices for business interactions and partnerships
Works closely with business partners to develop effective relationships, and contribute to accounting administrative procedures that reduce costs, improve efficiency and/or enhance client and vendor relationships
Successfully provides financial data suitable for various audiences, including clients, and internal or external WLT business partners
May conduct acumen training for appropriate audiences
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; additional CPA designation preferred
3 or more years of accounting experience
Strong user of MS Office Suite (example: Excel) and financials software (example: PeopleSoft)
Exposure to multi-currency reporting environments
Able to execute GAAP principles, meet IFRS regulations and state/federal requirements
Experience managing a team, including leading, mentoring, and developing the team in line with policies, practices and expectations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, detects errors and/or potential fraud
Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines; generates success against expectations
