Key Responsibilities
1. Develop marine customers in Jiangsu/Shanghai/Zhejiang area.

2.Implement the value selling process with strategic customers, provide standardized service to customers (regular visits, reporting, make quotation)
与战略客户实施价值销售流程，为客户提供标准化服务（定期拜访、报告、报价）
3.Maintain updated information in Sales force system, ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
维护销售团队系统中的最新信息，确保实现月度和年度销售和利润目标。
4.Review the monthly and annual sales forecast, focus on customer collection and credit control.
审查月度和年度销售预测，重点关注客户收款和信用控制。
Qualifications
1.Degree in technical or commercial.
技术或商业专业学位。
2.Minimum 5+years in the maritime/coating industry, resourceful and familiar with maritime industry technical and finance terms.
至少5年以上海事/船舶/油漆行业工作经验，熟悉海事行业技术和财务术语。
3.Ability to deal and negotiate at all levels with key stakeholders, excellent presentation and communication skills, flexibility of business travel and conference call.

4.Good at English.
