Responsible for account management in assigned areas and achieves assigned business quota.
You will:
Actively promote and sell Roche Applied Science products and services offered by the company to the customers (endusers) as well as to solve application / product problems promptly and completely and assist Business Area to achieve or exceed overall its monthly and yearly sales target and objectives
Conduct accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast
Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Application Specialist for installation and training of the on-label instruments
Keep good and up to date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering products’ on-label information and getting user feedbacks on our products and services
Work closely with Marketing and Application Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction
Assimilate up-to-date market and competition information a timely manner to those concerned
Exercise supervisory authority over Sales and Application Specialists to include but not limited to coaching, training, assigning work, appraising performance, disciplining employees as well as addressing complaints and resolving issues in the area /region
You are:
Master degree or higher in the life science discipline or equivalent
Good command of English in both spoken and writte
Good command of MS office software application
Product & Application Expertise
Good track record for working in a MNC company for five or more years, with related supervisory work experience in sales, application support, customer service or training
