Become a **maker of possible** with us! **About the role:** + Serves as main point of contact within the region of Northern Greece utilising an extensive understanding of the cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology to successfully advise customers on the appropriate use of BD Advanced Patient Monitoring products. + Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, especially, anaesthesiologists, surgeons, business managers, referrers and other influencers within the Greek Healthcare System to successfully position BD APM solutions. + Utilizes long-term relationships with senior-level customer contacts and BD colleagues to achieve success + Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and leading the execution of both the short and long-term regional plans **About you:** + Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. + Ideally will have at least 2 years of experience within the medical devices industry in customer facing position. + Deep technical knowledge of BU product portfolio and how it addresses customer needs + In-depth understanding of BU strategy, selling model, the competitive landscape and market environments + Understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to Edwards medical products as it relates to the business + Strict attention to detail + Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization + Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment + Anticipates and understands customer needs, feedback and objections and applies knowledge to create value + Utilizes long-term relationships with senior-level customers contacts and BD colleagues across functions to achieve success + Closely follows budgeting process in purchase departments of customers. + Must be based IN SALONICA. This is a customer facing position and requires presence in the Hospitals within the are of responsibility.
